Some people have different and unique experiences, where Jesus met them before their born again experience. I like to know where Jesus met you and what were you doing at that time and what happened?
I know it can be rather personal, and maybe hard to share. For some, it can be at while attending a church for the first time or 10 years later and have a very interesting story how Jesus met them in that church.
For others, can be at a remote place. Like I think about my Team4Jesus partner, my real life friend. He was on the top of the beautiful mountains, at the waterfall. Hiker Dan has shared that wonderful experience with me in real life and we filmed it and made an actual live video with both of us in it. I was living in Virginia, where Dan had his born again experience and he came to visit me and to help me, and that's when we visited the Waterfalls Preserve at the Blue Ridge Mountain of Virginia. Unfortunately, that video is lost in MyBook Memory drive and I have to get that fix. I pray that video will be saved. It is a very powerful testimony. As God used two friends to film this place, to even learn more about the beauty of God's creation, so His true glory can be seen through His creation.

Now,, as for me, I did not have any of those experience. Jesus met me in my most horrifying time just before He saved me. I was getting beaten up for 5 hours, by a man that I knew for 3 years and we only dated for one month. He had lost his job and wanted me to give him $5,000 and he was also an atheist and he was trying to get me to deny God. All I can do is pray to God for forgiveness for all I have done, for sinning against Him, I was asking Him to save me. I was on my knees while the guy was beating me up and he told me, that God does not hear me, because he is not real. At that time, I did not know Who Jesus really was, but I had strong faith in God and I always believed that God will reveal Himself to me someday, I was 30 years old going on 31.
After I came home from the hospital, I fell apart, I cried so very hard, I took a hard look at myself, in how my life has spiraled out of control, knowing that I grew up without love and not knowing if I will ever experience love. I was so angry that I could not understand why I was created? Why do I attract danger in my life, getting beaten up for many, many years. I was so angry with God, that I started to break my furniture and I screamed in pain, WHY WAS I BORN? Never made sense to me to be on this earth and not experience what real love is. How can some experience love and others don't?
That is when I found the bible that I bought one month before I got beaten up. That is when I opened it up, and the first passage I read was this>> The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. ~Psalms 34:18~ and then I opened it to this>> For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ~Jeremiah 29:11~
When I read those words, that is when I started to see that God was speaking to me. I kept on reading non-stop, I was glued to that bible. Then, I opened to the New Testament, where Jesus is speaking in red letters. I could not believe what I was reading, as His spirit was so alive, that I wanted to know more and more. When Jesus showed me that He is the Son of the living God, and that He holds the key to life and death, and that no one can get to the Father, except through Him. He showed me, where He was at all my life, and that's when I knew, that Jesus is WHO He says He is and more. That is when I have repented, and I asked Him to come into my heart. Jesus came in, and my life became His, the old me have finally died, and I was never the same again. I was given a new spirit, became a new creation, and that was my born again experience. And that's where Jesus met me, in California at my apartment, I had no family there and I did not attend church at all, I was alone.
